We send out packages within 7 business days of your order. Shipping time may be around 5-10 business days within the US and 2+ weeks for international orders. During this time, delays may happen so please take that into consideration when ordering for a specific date.
Exceptions are any PRE ORDERS, which could take anywhere from a few weeks to months depending on the time listed in the product’s description.
All sales are final. If the wrong product was sent or damaged, please fill out our contact form and we will do our best to sort things out with you. For apparel, please double check the measurements of the garment to insure the right fit.
Please make sure you input the correct address at check out. Sometimes orders do get stuck and take some time to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances. Once orders have been shipped, we can not control what happens during shipment and are not responsible for any loss occurred. We will do our best to help if this does happen but we suggest contacting the shipping service for assistance on the location of your order before contacting us. Tracking is highly recommended for this reason.
Customer is responsible for all customs and duty fees associated with your order once it arrives in your country. For EU customers, due to VAT rates, we can only accept orders through our Etsy. Please send us a message if there is anything you’d like that is not listed there.
